The Boiler Engineering Dash (B.E.D. Race) is a new event for students as part of National Engineers Week. The event takes place on an obstacle course set up in the armory. Students will race in teams using a bed as their vehicle as they navigate through the obstacle course. Teams will encounter both physical and mental challenges during the course. Teams will race in heats two at a time.

Participant Information

Wear old clothes you don't mind getting dirty!

Safety equipment (i.e. helmets) will be provided

Beds are provided; one team member rides on the bed while four members push

All participants will receive a free t-shirt
