Executive Board
The Executive Committee serves as a liaison between the university as well as a support system for the committee heads and members. The overall purpose of the committee is to ensure PESC is operating effectively and continually expanding to reach new goals. Administratively, the committee is responsible for the selection of new members and generating an overall direction for council during their term.Individually, the president manages relations with advisors, other student organizations, and the college of engineering. The vice president is responsible for leading the committee heads and creating programs to acclimate new members to council. On a high level, the treasurer is accountable for managing the transaction flow as well as working with individual committees to approve new operations. Lastly, the secretary manages most administrative responsibilities of council, including alumni relations and council organization.

Industrial Roundtable
Since its start in 1980, the Industrial Roundtable (IR) has gained recognition with students and companies alike as being one of the best career fairs in the nation. Providing the opportunity for company representatives to interact with the Purdue student body, the event attracts over 400 unique companies and over 14,000 engineering, science, and technology students each year. The fair, however, is open to all Purdue University students and traditionally attracts a diverse group of qualified undergraduate and graduate students searching for internship, co-op, and permanent employment opportunities. This year IR will be held hybrid offering both in-person and virtual formats.

Campus Relations
The Campus Relations Committee was formed with the intent of making Purdue's campus a welcoming and connected environment for all the people that make campus a special place to be. The goal of our committee is to find ways to connect students, faculty, and student organizations with one another to create a culture of collaboration among the three bodies, as well as to support these groups as needed. Ultimately, we would like these three groups to work together and find ways to serve each other for their mutual benefit. Our committee aims to achieve its goals by holding events that allow these three bodies the opportunities to connect with each other and become involved in one another's projects and events. Campus Relations committee members also have the opportunity to work with the administration in the College of Engineering to plan large campus events. Some popular events that we run include FYE Picnic, Boiler Bash, and Merit Fund.

Communications
The Communications Committee (or Comm) is designed to advertise and market PESC’s outward facing events. Most members of this committee will be a liaison for another committee to meet each of their events’ needs through social media or physical advertisement and communication with other organizations. Communications is also directly responsible for all of PESC’s social media accounts, website, and various documents like the yearbook and resume book. Therefore, Comm members also record events using photography and video compilation. For advertising, our main strategy consists of Pop Ups where we have PESC members stationed at tables around campus to hand out various goodies such as cookies and fliers designed by Comm’s very own members! In general, PESC’s communications committee usually works on projects involving marketing, graphic design, website development, and photography.

Engineering Outreach
Engineering Outreach seeks to engage with the next generation to inspire creativity and share our passion for engineering and problem solving. By reaching out to elementary and middle school students, we encourage collaboration, discovery, and fun while exploring scientific inquiry through hands-on activities. This entails a large range of possibilities from design competitions to engineering challenges. Holding events both on Purdue’s campus and at local schools, EO looks to model the positive impact that Purdue engineers bring to the community. Additionally, we collaborate with other student organizations to provide diverse experiences, aspiring for every student to be able to find something they are passionate about.

EXPO
The EXPO Career Fair is an interactive, one-day job fair that annually attracts approximately 170 companies and over five thousand students from Purdue. Held in late January or early February of each year, this fair aims to connect industry with engineering, science and technology students from the university. Open to both undergraduate and graduate students, the EXPO career fair is a perfect opportunity for employers to network personally. Companies have the option to support a student with a scholarship when they register. Faculty members review and judge the student applications, and the winning students get a chance to interact with the donor companies at a casual dinner. Companies also have the option to host a 50-minute seminar the day before the fair. These seminars are a perfect time for the companies to talk about exciting innovations and expanding opportunities.

Internal Development
The Internal Development Committee plans events that center around fostering interpersonal relationships on PESC in order to improve council cohesiveness. These activities provide members an opportunity to enjoy each other's company in an informal setting and an incentive for all our member’s hard work. The connections that are made through this time together increase overall council effectiveness and quality during all external events. Some of Internal Development’s responsibilities include Council Trip, the PESC Choice Awards, Progressive Dinner, Intramural Sports, and council apparel. However, activities are different every semester to expose council to new experiences.

Well-Being
As part of PESC’s enduring mission to support students at Purdue in their physical, mental, and emotional health, our Well-Being committee takes steps to destigmatize mental health, connect students with on-campus resources for academic, financial, and personal success, as well as provide stress-relieving activities throughout the semester. Well-Being actively works with other Purdue organizations and clubs to make an impact, and we are always looking for ways to continue making a difference.
